Six years and $30 million of R&D and prototyping
A repeatable model for housing development
In six years we built a prototype factory to bring first-of-its-kind manufacturing innovation into the housing sector, completed multiple ADU builds to test the real-world application of our Building System, and developed our first multi-unit attached infill project that slashed per-door costs for multi-family housing by 50%.
